When the cold rolling mill is in the operation, it will inevitably have various faults because of some factors. We call it the fault of the cold rolling mill. If we only look at the extent of the impact, the cold rolling mill can be divided into the following situations in terms of faults:

First of all, the function of the slight cold rolling mill is affected by the fault. The biggest feature of this kind of fault is that it can be repaired directly without shutdown of the cold rolling mill, or the damaged parts can be replaced. Normally, it can be solved quickly in a relatively short period of time. The most important thing is that the cost of maintenance is very low. On this basis, it will extend to another kind of fault, which is that the work of cold rolling mill must be stopped before it can be thoroughly repaired and troubleshooting.

But the cold rolling mill's function is affected by other faults. It not only needs to stop the cold rolling mill for repair but also needs to replace the more important external parts or to dismantle the body and sweat the internal parts more. This way will take a long time and cost. If it is the most serious, it should be a personal hazard fault, which can be called a fatal fault. 

No matter what type of fault, the impact of the function of the coldest rolling mill can not be underestimated. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the daily inspection of the cold rolling mill. Only when minor failures are eliminated in peacetime, other large failures will not occur in the future.
